Hi, I'm Taryell Simmons.

I am an Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Champion, Professional Development Coach, and Self-Made Entrepreneur driven by a single goal: to help you accelerate your business and career. 

My Story
Despite being a RISE San Diego Urban Leadership graduate, 2020 Rockwood Leadership Institute Fellow, and Rise Urban Nation Podcast host, my career path in professional coaching and business consulting began after a single event. I had just won a start-up weekend pitch competition hosted by Google & Techstars.

Although I have always known that the STEM sector lacks diversity, winning at such a prestigious event inspired me to take part in making a change. I resolved to become more involved in D&I efforts to help bring diversity to the tech start-up space and resources to black entrepreneurs. 

Since then, I have worked with thousands of students, employees, entrepreneurs, and start-ups, supporting them through workforce, career, and business development.
